The Concept:
Concieved as a counterpoint to the heavy and hellish easter Lecken instalation, this one for the Lecken October 2025 party was as lite as it was light. It was just like Heaven.
The Installation:
Taking literal center stage of the Lecken Play Pit were 40 inflatable pillows wraped in shiny white fabric and bathed in irridecent light which both played ommage to Andy Warhol and his factory, arguable birthplace of mondern nightclubbing culture concpets of a hedonistic Heaven on Earth, as well as serving as the clouds of a lighter reality. The clouds were placed in an enclosure in front of the DJ booth.
The clouds could be sat on, layed on, played with. Best of all was the resonance of the bass to the music which vibrated the air within the clouds and provided a highly unique tactile experfience.
